In order to maintain the quality and efficiency of our services, we ask that you please take note of the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. 2. Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% will be charged to the card on file. This ensures we can compensate our stylists for their time. 3. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to provide prior notice, you will be charged the full service fee. Future appointments may require prepayment. 4. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the reduction of your service time or rescheduling to another available slot, depending on availability. You may still be responsible for the full service fee. 5. Prepaid Appointments: If your appointment is prepaid, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your payment.
